4-6 boneless pork chops
Vegetable oil
Seasoning salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pkg hash browns, thawed
1 cup French fried onions, divided
1 cup cheddar cheese, divided

Brown pork chops in oil, season with seasoning salt, set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup onions and 1/2 cup cheese.

In 9x13" pan arrange meat on top of potatoes.

Bake at 350°F covered for 40-50 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 more min.
