Original recipe yields 1 serving
3/4 cup chopped nuts (can use more)
1 tsp cinnamon (can use more)
2 Tbsp sugar (can use more)
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup cultured sour cream
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Combine: the nuts, cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. sugar in a small bowl and set aside. (I use enough to make about 1 1/4 cups)

Combine: Butter, sugar and eggs. Beat until fluffy about 2-3 minutes. Blend in sour cream. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Blend well. Mix in about 1/2 of the nut, cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Grease and flour a 9" tube or bundt pan. Spoon cake batter into pan. Top cake with remaining cinnamon, nut and sugar mixture.

Place in a COOL oven. Turn oven to 350* and bake 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and remove from pan when done baking.
