Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 large russet potato, peeled
1 lb ground beef
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 small can diced green chilies
1 small can Ro*Tel Mexican mixture (you choose spice temperature)
1 small white onion, diced
2 limes
1 pkg large flour tortillas
1 pkg Kraft Shredded Cheddar and Monterrey Jack Cheese

Chop potato and boil till tender. Brown ground beef with seasonings, drain beef.

In skillet, add rest of ingredients, except cheese, tortillas and limes.

When potatoes are tender, add to beef mixture

slice limes and squeeze on mixture at this time. Stir and place mix on flour tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese and roll.
