1 lb Velveeta, cubed
1/8 tsp black pepper
Bacon bits to taste
1 can French fried onions, divided

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients together (except the 1/2 can of French fried onions) in a large Pyrex baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Top with remaining onions and bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
