TO GRILL IN THE HUSK: Remove most, but not all, of the husk from the corn, soak in water for 5 minutes. Place directly on grill for about 5 to 10 minutes, until slightly caramelized.
TO GRILL IN FOIL: Remove husks, and rub each ear with butter, a dash of bourbon, salt, pepper and cumin. Tightly wrap each cob individually in foil and grill for 5 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Melt butter over low heat and stir in bourbon. Drizzle over corn before serving.
