Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 red/yellow peppers cleaned (save top)
1 Tbsp salt
1 cup rice +/-
1 1/2 Tbsp oil
1/2 med onion, minced
3/4 lb ground beef
1 can chopped tomatoes
3 cloves minced garlic
Parsley
Salt & pepper
Ketchup
Kraft Grated Cheddar Cheese, divided

Precook peppers 3 minutes in 4 qt. water with 1 Tbsp. salt. In same water, boil rice 13 minutes.

Heat oil in skillet and cook onion for 5 minutes, then add beef. Add can of tomatoes (blended) to rice, add garlic to rice, meat, etc. Add parsley, salt & pepper and cheese.

Fill peppers to mounding. Put ketchup with tomato juice on top then cheese.

Heat 30 minutes at 350°F on middle rack.
