Start by placing two pats of margarine on each of eight sheets of foil. Foil should be about 18 inches by 12 inches.
Place about 1/4 lb. turkey or beef on top of margarine on each sheet. Slice onion, carrots and potatoes and distribute over each mound of meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fold foil into a packet making sure it is sealed.
Place on grill over medium high heat and cook for twenty-five min. or until desired doneness. Open foil carefully so as not to be burned by steam. Enjoy a meal fit for a king.
