1 pound hamburger meat
1/4 cup rice, uncooked
1 small onion
Salt & pepper
Catsup
1 can (6 oz.) tomato sauce

Mix hamburger, rice, onion, salt, and pepper. Add enough catsup to make mixture stick together.

Make into balls the size of walnuts. Place in glass baking dish and pour tomato sauce over meat. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
