Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups half-and-half
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/3 cup sherry
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, divided
1 pkg (7 oz.) spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 cups cooked chicken
1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms

Melt butter, blend in flour, salt, garlic powder & pepper. Add milk, half-and-half & bouillon cubes. Cook, stirring constantly until thick & smooth. Add sherry, 1/3 cup cheese, spaghetti, chicken & mushrooms. Stir carefully.

Pour into shallow 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake in moderately hot oven (375°F) until hot & bubbly, 20-25 min.
