Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 mixed chicken, boiled and cooled and pulled from the bone
2 cups broth (from boiled chicken)
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans milk
1 jar diced pimentos
2 cans mushrooms, drained
1 stick butter
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup cornstarch to thicken

Boil chicken, save 2 cups of broth. In pot, mix broth, mushroom soup, milk, pimentos, and mushrooms. Stir and heat on medium heat.

In saute pan melt butter and put diced green pepper into it until softened. Then add cornstarch to thicken, stir, and add to soup mixture to thicken.

Add cleaned chicken to pot. Simmer until thickens.
