Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 pkg crumbled maple sausage
1 lrg pkg. hash browns or tater tots, thawed
1 large jar mild chunky salsa
1 lb shredded medium cheddar cheese
6-7 eggs, scrambled
Lawry's seasoning salt to taste
Onion powder to taste
2 lrg pkg. (10 count each) flour tortillas

Cook sausage and crumble in large skillet, drain. Add thawed tater tots. Heat until hot and break up into small pieces. Add salsa and mix in. Add cheese stir until mixed and starts to melt.

Cook scrambled eggs add some cheese. Cook until done. Fold into sausage mixture. Must be well blended and hot.

Steam your tortillas until soft and moist. Spoon mixture into warm tortilla (2 large spoonfuls) toward edge of tortilla and roll once, then fold in edges, and roll into log. Serve hot.
