2 lb lean ground beef
1 1/4 cups tomato sauce, tomato juice or catsup
1 cup quick or old-fashioned oats, dry bread crumbs or crushed dry cereal
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoon s salt
Topping:
2/3 cup tomato sauce, barbeque sauce or catsup

Combine all ingredients except topping.

Form mixture into a ring in 9-inch microwaveable pie plate. Place pie plate in center of microwave and microwave on high 14 to 18 minutes.

Pour topping over meat, microwave on high to heat sauce 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
