3/4 cup chopped pecans

Mix egg whites until stiff then add sugar gradually. Then add nuts and graham crackers.

Drop by teaspoon full on greased cookie sheet.

Preheat oven to 325°F. Put rack all the way at the top. Bake till light brown about 7 to 9 minutes.
