4 Tbsp butter
4 chicken breast
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1 jar (14 oz.) marinated artichoke, drained
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 Tbsp flour

Let's Make It

Melt butter in a large skillet. Meanwhile dust chicken in flour (optional). Brown chicken then transfer to a baking dish.

Add mushrooms to skillet and lightly brown. Spoon over chicken. Arrange artichoke on chicken. Add flour & broth to remaining butter thicken. Pour over chicken.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
