Place chicken (thawed or frozen) in gallon sized Ziploc bag. Pour in dressing until chicken is completely covered (you can't use too much). Place in refrigerator and let marinade at least 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place foil on cookie sheet and set a cooling rack on top. Place chicken in bread crumbs directly from the marinade. Coat each piece of chicken in bread crumbs and place on cooling rack. Sprinkle seasonings to taste.
Bake 35-45 min. This depends on how big the pieces are (i.e., strips, nuggets, whole pieces).
