Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 small pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 lb fresh shrimp
Old Bay seasoning
1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
2 pkg unflavored gelatin
1 cup Kraft Real Mayonnaise
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green onions
Salt, pepper, Tabasco to taste

Let cream cheese soften for a couple of hours.

Boil shrimp in water seasoned with Old Bay seafood seasoning, about 15 minutes. Drain, let cool. Peel and chop shrimp into small pieces. Smooth out cream cheese.

Heat soup, do not boil, add cream cheese. Continue heating until there are no more lumps in cheese, remove from heat.

Dissolve gelatin WELL! in 1/4 cup of cold water. Combine gelatin with soup mixture. Blend well by hand. Add remaining ingredients; pour into greased (with Kraft Mayonnaise) 7 cup ring mold.

Chill overnight in refrigerator. Serve with assorted crackers.
