Wash, peel and core apples. Cut into slices to fill a shallow casserole dish. (May have to separate into three rounds). Add cranberries and three tablespoons concentrate to each casserole dish.
Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Stir mixture and repeat two more rounds cooking and stirring. Once mixture is "saucy" pour into air-tight container and put in refrigerator.
Continue until all apples and cranberries are used.
