Original recipe yields 1 serving
12 oz uncooked pasta
1 large cucumber
1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup cut-up asparagus
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup broccoli florets
2 cups sliced green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
6 cloves of garlic
2 bottle s (8 oz. each) Kraft Italian Dressing (can use regular or fat free)

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Rinse in cold water; drain and cool.

In large glass salad bowl, combine all fresh vegetables, parsley, garlic and dressing. Add cooked pasta: toss to mix.

Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
