Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb fish fillets (sole, haddock, white, etc)
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg dry ranch dressing
2 Tbsp Italian spices
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup dry fine bread crumbs

Pat fish as dry as possible. Blend egg, sour cream, ranch dressing & spices well.

Coat fish in sour cream mixture, then cover completely with bread crumbs.

Bake in 375°F oven for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
