Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup butter
2-1/2 cups sugar, divided
1 tsp vanilla
6 eggs
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp soda
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
Powdered Sugar Glaze
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp milk

Beat butter and 2 1/4 cups sugar 'til light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Add flour and soda alternately with sour cream.

Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured bundt or tube pan. Mix remaining sugar, cinnamon and walnuts. Sprinkle over batter.

Bake at 325°F for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hrs or 'til toothpick comes out clean. Drizzle with Powdered Sugar Glaze.
