1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter with dough blender, as you would for pie crust. Pat mixture into buttered pan (10x15). Bake for 12 minutes.
2) Mix the remaining ingredients in order given. Pour and spread evenly over baked crust. Bake again at 350°F oven for 20 to 28 min. Let cool, and cut then eat!
