Beat eggs & salt until froughy. Add flour to make stiff dough. Roll out very thin (about 1/8-inch). Let set for 2-2 1/2 hours.

Cut dough in fourths. Roll loosely. Cut with very sharp knife (width as desired) then unroll. Cook for 15 -20 minutes in broth as desired (chicken or beef).
