Stuffed Grilled Jalapeno

Original recipe yields 1 serving
10-12 long shaped jalapenos
1 bunch green onions
1/4-1/2 yellow or red bell pepper, cut in pieces
1 pkg (8 oz.) and 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 package peppered bacon
Garlic salt to taste

Cut jalapenos in half and scrape all seeds and membranes out. Cut up onions through part of the stem. Put onions and bell pepper in food processor and chop. Add onions and bell pepper to cream cheese and mix. Add garlic salt to taste.

Stuff jalapeno even with the cut on the pepper. Wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon and stick with tooth pick.

Grill until bacon looks done on bottom and sides. Leave toothpick in or let cool a few minutes and remove toothpick.
