Prepare pudding according to directions on box. When completely mixed, gently fold in tub of whipped topping.
Using a 9 x 13 cake pan, line pan with one layer of graham crackers. Top this 1/3 of pudding mixture. Continue alternating crackers and pudding mixture until you end up with a layer of graham crackers on top.
Spread your favorite chocolate icing on top of layer of crackers and refrigerate until ready to serve!
