Original recipe yields 1 serving
Deep fryer
2 cups large ham chunks (leftover)
3/4 cups flour
1 or 2 eggs (depending on how much ham chunks)
1/2 cup all purpose batter mix
1 Tbsp Essence of Emeril Original
Salt and pepper
Kraft Ranch or Ranch and Bacon (for dipping)

Let's Make It

Heat oil to 350 degrees F in deep fryer. Take ham chunks, place in flour, coating well. Then place in egg wash, then in all purpose mix. Season to taste.

Place in deep fryer, watching for a golden brown. Then place on cookie sheet with paper towels.

Let cool a little and serve with a Kraft Ranch or Ranch and Bacon Dressing for a dip.
