2 cups med. white sauce
1 cup grated 3 kinds of cheese (mozzarella /Colby/Monterey Jack)
Onion skins (optional)

Cook cabbage covered for 5 minutes in an inch of boiling water with 1 teaspoon salt and basil oil with garlic. Cabbage liquid may be used may be drained and used in the white sauce.

Place cabbage in baking dish and pour sauce over top. Top with cheese, onions skins or bread crumbs.

Bake 20 minutes at 375°F.
