Brown meat, celery, onions, and green pepper in oil.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce and tomato juice. Add spices and stir well.
Bring to a boil and reduce to low and simmer for 3-4 hours stirring often. It's ready when it becomes deep red in color.
