Mix cocoa, sugar, butter and milk in a sauce pan. Stir on medium heat until you reach a full rolling boil. Boil one minute and remove from heat.
Add oatmeal and peanut butter. Whip until it starts to cool and thicken.
Drop on buttered wax paper. Let stand 30 minutes.
