1/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic
2 cans (28 oz.) Italian crushed tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp fresh parsley

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Mince garlic and add to oil. When garlic is just about to brown, add tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano & sugar.

Keep heat high until sauce bubbles. Turn down heat and simmer 25 minutes.

Turn heat off and add parsley. Serve over spaghetti.
