Bring 1/2 a medium cooking pot of water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and let boil till tender.
Once macaroni is tender, turn of the flame and place macaroni in a colander to drain the water.
Place drained macaroni in a mixing bowl. Add all of the ingredients (once they have all been finely chopped) to the macaroni and mix well.
