In a large, strong Ziploc bag, combine all ingredients ... except for pork. Close top of bag and squish around until all ingredients combine. Place pork in bag with marinade. Chill pork, marinate for at least 8 hours.
Prepare grill. Grill pork, basting with reserve marinade and turning every 3 minutes, 10 minutes total. Discard marinade.
Continue to cook pork, turning every 3 minutes until thermometer inserted 2-inches registers 155 degrees (approx. 10 minutes more). Let pork stand 5 minutes before slicing.
