Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb carrots, sliced and cooked tender (drain & cool)
1 large onion, diced
2 green peppers, diced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 cup sugar

Combine carrots, onion & peppers.

Combine & heat vegetable oil, vinegar, tomato soup from the can, and sugar. Pour heated mixture over carrots, green peppers & onion.

Place in a covered container. When cooled, refrigerate overnight. Tastes better after 2 days.
