Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups solid pack pumpkin
1 cup oil
3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins (optional)
GLAZE:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp graded orange peel
6 tsp orange juice
Additional chopped walnuts for top

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two loaf pans. In a medium bowl combine: flour, baking powder, baking soda, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.

Use electric mixer and combine: pumpkin, oil, sugar, eggs. Mix well. Add dry ingredients by hand. Add nuts and raisins.

Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.

GLAZE:

Combine ingredients and spoon over top of loafs and sprinkle with nuts.
