In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together the chocolate chips and the butterscotch chips, stirring occasionally until creamy.
In the meantime, measure out the corn flakes into a large bowl. Once the chips have melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and pour over the corn flakes stirring until corn flakes are well covered.
Drop by tablespoon dollops on wax paper. Let set until candies harden. Transfer into a sealed plastic container.
