1 container sour cream (do not use non fat)
1 cucumber peeled, shredded with water squeezed out
4 crushed garlic cloves
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp dill
Salt & pepper to taste

Pour container of sour cream in large mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

When completely mixed pour Tzatziki in a smaller, decorative bowl and top with a dollop of extra virgin olive oil.

Serve with pita bread cut in to smaller triangles. It's a great appetizer that the Greeks enjoy and so will you!
