Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 stick real butter
1 lb frozen shrimp or crawfish, shelled - your choice
3 green onions, tops chopped
1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 can Ro*Tel tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (I use Tonys Cacheries), use less if you don’t like spicy

Melt the stick of butter in skillet. Saute shrimp or crawfish with green onions in the butter, until shrimp is pink.

Then add the Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Ro*Tel tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning.

Simmer until bubbly and shrimp is fully cooked. Serve hot on crackers. We like Wheat Thins.
