3 Tbsp oil
Soy sauce
1 cup rice, not the Minute Rice
2 cups water
1 package frozen California blend vegetables
1 package shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat chunks in oil and a few dashes of soy sauce.

Add rice and water; let simmer till rice is almost tender.

Add frozen vegetables, finish simmering on low or until veggies are hot. Add cheese let melt.
