4 ribs celery, chopped
1 can kidney beans
1 green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar

Layer in order first 8 ingredients. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Do not stir.
