Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup white sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 can Libby’s pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla flavoring or lemon
1 can carnation milk
1 tsp salt
Pumpkin pie spices
Dash of flour if needed to thicken
1 unbaked pie shell

In large bowl add sugars, and then add eggs beat until mixed well. Add pumpkin and vanilla beat until well mixed. Then add milk and salt. Mix and season with pumpkin pie spices to your taste. If the mix is too wet or thin add small amount of dry flour in pumpkin. You may add more sugar to your taste and beat well.

Pour in pie shell.

Bake on 350°F until pie shell is light brown about 20-30 minutes.
