Olive salad:
Marinated artichoke hearts
2/3 tablespoon olive oil
Green salad olives
Minced garlic
Basil
Salt
Black pepper
(sorry, I don't have any exact measurements for the homemade olive salad.)
From the deli - sliced thin;
1/2 pound cotto salami
1/2 pound bologna
1 pound ham
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese

1. Slice one large round Italian bread lengthwise and spread on a layer of the olive salad.
