4 package s (8 oz. each) Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 large can finely chopped ripe black olives
1 jar (4 oz.) diced or chopped pimientos, drained
Finely chopped tops of 10 green onions
1 package (4 oz.) Roquefort or Blue Cheese

Let's Make It
Blend the butter and cream cheese together. Mix in the remaining ingredients one at a time.
Set in refrigerator until slightly firm (from an hour to overnight),
Roll into five or six balls. Then sprinkle finely chopped nuts (pecans work best) on some waxed paper or other working area and roll the balls in the nuts until covered. Put in center of plate and add one sleeve of any snack crackers around the outside edge.
