Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil pasta in water and salt and drain when completely cooked. Set pasta aside.
In a large casserole dish mix pasta, pasta sauce, parmesan & Romano cheese, and 6 ounces of Kraft sharp shredded cheese. Add cayenne pepper to taste. Add smoked sausage. Mix all together so all pasta is covered. Put remaining shredded cheese over top of casserole.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let sit for 5 minutes then serve.
