Mix condensed milk, Jell-O and coconut until well blended. Chill well.
Roll mixture in teaspoon-sized ball and shape into strawberries. Roll sides in red sugar and dip top into green sugar.
Dye almonds green with a couple drops of green food coloring and an ounce of water in ceramic or metal bowl. Stir in almonds until they take on the green coloring. Insert green slivered almond into “strawberry” for stem.
