Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Boil 8 chicken tenders in approximately 2-3 cups of water in a 2-qt pot on the stove for 10 minutes. Drain and put to side.
Put soups, cheese and milk in a bowl and microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Wrap cooked chicken tenders in crescent rolls and place in 9 x 13 dish. Pour soup mixture over the wraps, covering.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tops of wraps are golden brown.
