Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lg. pan your cornbread
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1 pkg Sourdough Stove Top Stuffing
1 egg, beaten
2 cans oyster stew
1 can chicken stock

Bake your recipe for cornbread and while that's going saute all your vegetables. I use a little butter for this part.

In large bowl mix your cornbread with Stove Top. Add vegetables, beaten egg, and then the oyster stew. We’re going for thick soup so add chicken stock till you get there.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x9 pan or use a casserole dish. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
