Preheat oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, combine flour and baking soda; set aside. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugars and rum. Beat until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chip, nuts and raisins.
Drop round tablespoon onto an ungreased cookies sheet.
Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until the cookies are brown on the edges. Cool and serve.
