Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb ground turkey
1 lb turkey sausage
1 can Mexi-corn niblets, drained
2 pkg Taco Bell Taco Seasoning
2 cups rice
4 cups water
1 can pinto beans (can substitute black beans) rinsed
1 pkg Kraft Taco Cheese
Baked Tortilla chips (see recipe below)

1 pkg Taco Bell Flour Tortillas
Olive Oil
1 pkg Taco Bell Burrito Seasoning

Brown turkey with sausage in the bottom of a pot large enough to hold all ingredients. When almost cooked add drained corn. Stir together until thoroughly cooked. Add Taco Seasoning and stir well. Add rice and water and bring to a boil. Stir at boiling for 2 minutes. Reduce heat, add pinto beans.

Cover and cook on low for 25-30 minutes. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with cheese. Serve chips on the side.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut tortillas into whatever shapes you prefer. I have used cookie cutters for silly shapes and such. Lay on a baking sheet and lightly coat with olive oil. Bake until lightly browned and turn over. Repeat. Remove from oven and sprinkle seasoning on them. Let cool.
