Let's Make It
Cook onions in oil until soft and slightly caramelized, add garlic for 1 minute. Add chilies and cook stirring continuously for 1 minute.
Add raspberries and cook until soft. Add vinegar and stir to deglaze pan. Add sugar and salt, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until thickened and reduced by half.
