Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb any sliced beef (round steak, roast, etc.)
2 Tbsp oil
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) diced tomatoes (or whole if you prefer)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp Cavender's Greek Seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Dash chili powder
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced

Let's Make It

Brown meat in oil over medium-high heat (about 5 minutes) turning once. Place meat in Dutch oven or other large pot with a lid.

Add tomatoes, onions, and spices. Heat to boiling then reduce to simmer. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 2 hours.

Add sliced potatoes and cook another 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
