Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Stir in butter until mixture is crumbly. Reserve one cup and set aside of crumbly mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture in the bottom of an 8x8 pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Spread raspberry fruit evenly over baked crust to within 1/4" of edges. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips. Combine remaining chips with crumb mixture and almonds. Sprinkle over fruit, pressing in lightly.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool, cut into squares.
